Itineraries
Naples to Pompeii to Sorrento. Arrival to Naples Airport or station meet your driver and travel to Pompeii. Take a guided tour of the excavations. From here you will continue to your hotel. The rest of your day at leisure.
Sorrento. Travel from Sorrento up to an agriturismo. Here you will taste some traditional foodstuffs from the area including mozzarella, lemoncello and local jams and honeys. Enjoy a lunch before returning to the hotel for the rest of the day at leisure.
Sorrento to Capri to Sorrento. Join a small group tour from Sorrento port and travel over to the boutique island of Capri. Firstly travel around the island seeing the famous Faglioni Rocks and Blue Grotto (weather permitting) before some free time on the island for lunch and shopping. Afterwards the boat will bring you back to Sorrento.
Sorrento to Amalfi Coast to Sorrento. Discover the famed Amalfi Coast on a small group excursion. You’ll stop drive along the coastal road with its stunning views before stopping to explore the famous towns of Positano, Amalfi and Ravello which cling to the steep hills and cascade down to the azure Mediterranean waters.
Sorrento. A free day to relax and enjoy Sorrento. Alternatively you may choose to take an extra excursion perhaps to the ruins of Herculaneum or to climb the majestic volcanic cone of Mt Vesuvius.
Sorrento to Naples to Florence. Transfer from your hotel in Sorrento to Naples Station. From here take the train to Florence where you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day at leisure to relax.
Florence. Join a small group walking tour of Florence taking in all the incredible Renaissance architecture, the Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, marble covered Duomo and the Campanile bell tower. The tour ends with a visit to the famous Accademia Gallery where you’ll find Michelangelo’s famous masterpiece David.
Florence to Siena to San Gimignano to Florence. Head out of Florence through the Tuscan countryside to discover the city of Siena. Famous the yearly Palio horse Races the city is filled with stunning architecture and grand palazzos. Continue on to explore the narrow medieval streets and soaring towers of San Gimignano. Before returning to Florence.
Florence. A free day to relax and enjoy Florence. There is plenty to do form visiting the world class art galleries such as the Uffizi to exploring the San Lorenzo markets or learning the secrets of Italian cooking on a cookery course. In the evening enjoy a small group tour visiting an ancient cellar in an old villa located on a hillside. Here you will enjoy some wine tasting and a traditional Tuscan dinner.
Florence. Your trip ends after breakfast at your hotel.
